Been on the market for a new PC for a while 'and the liquidation of a purchase of this yesterday at the local level from Office Depot (sixty dollars discount enticed me over the limit;))
First impressions are that it seemed slower than I was expecting a quad-core processor running, but is still very fast (downloading software and CDs from which they load much faster than my old Pentium 4 1.2G)
When the quad core really shines when running multiple applications (antivirus scan while browsing, etc.)
The wireless card requires an external antenna (including, but strange), which is invaluable if you happen dramatically located far from your wireless router. I have my other side of the house and still record the signal 100%.
I really only a few gripes with one of them important. 1, the suite HP is a huge, bulky waste of space that is not doing anything. Hard to believe that when I went to a new virus for Mac
